Will participants need to upload any documentation to support responses to the questionnaire?

There is a text box provided for additional information at the end of every question, as well as file upload windows, in the questionnaire on the digital platform. In most cases, additional information is optional and participants are welcome to provide such information as they see necessary. However, some responses may prompt a mandatory explanation and cause the textbox to appear red, in which case the participant must enter additional information in order to proceed.
